How a live virtual workshop works

There are two ways we can pop into your school virtually -- streaming or video call. Don’t worry -- no technology skills are required! If you can watch a YouTube video, you can just as easily bring us into your classroom!

🔁 Two-Way Video Conference

The workshop is held “zoom-style” in a private meet

  • Our instructor is able to see the class (if there is a webcam on the classroom device)

  • Better quality option for live Q&A if there are under 30 students per class.

  • We use Google Meet to host the video call, or we can join your meet!

🔴 One-Way Livestream

The workshop is streamed live on YouTube privately through a link

  • Our instructor is not able to see the students but can respond to questions in the live chat box (if over 50 people, a moderator fee applies)

  • Easier option to facilitate, especially if there are over 30 students attending at one time.
